Ecological added value
Sustainable origin of raw materials
Deco Bioglitter® is based on naturally sourced cellulose fibres extracted from hardwood, preferably eucalyptus. The raw materials come from certified, sustainably managed plantations in accordance with PEFC™ standards.
Biodegradable – clearly communicated
Bioglitter® has been developed to degrade quickly and safely in natural aquatic environments. This property is communicated clearly and transparently by Sigmund Lindner GmbH.
The underlying tests (ISO14851/ISO14852) are also recommended by the ECHA as part of EU microplastics legislation.

Extremely low heavy metal levels – greater safety
- Deco Bioglitter® contains only minimal amounts of heavy metals – well below the limits set by EN71, OEKO-TEX™ and GOTS.
- This ensures safe use – even in sensitive areas.
