Additively manufactured ceramic separation systems represent an innovative alternative to conventional metal screens and ceramic gap rings. They offer a larger open screening area, do not cause metal contamination and thus help to optimise the grinding process in agitator ball mills and bead mills. Thanks to their high chemical resistance and mechanical stability, they are ideally suited for use in aggressive and corrosive media. Custom sizes and application-specific structures can be produced on request.
