The shell of the SiLiglit plant of Sigmund Lindner GmbH has been completed
On 25 July 2013, the client Sigmund Lindner GmbH celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the new hall on Bayreutherstraße in Warmensteinach. Despite the need to dispose of contaminated soil, the shell was completed on schedule, and both the client and the companies involved in the construction are equally proud of the impressive building at the entrance to the town. In future, this hall will be used for the entire glitter production, storage and logistics of SiLiglit and SiLiglam glitter.
The production and storage of SiLibeads glass and ceramic beads will be expanded at the original location. Some departments involved in the production of grinding beads, pharmaceutical beads, road marking beads and filter beads will be relocated within the company.
Overall, the project management team is very satisfied with the work done so far. SiLi expects completion on schedule at the end of 2013.
