On 17 May 2025, the renovation of the SiLiglit plant was officially inaugurated. The expansion took place as part of the acquisition of Ronald Britton and is a significant step towards making the site more sustainable.
The conversion and expansion have significantly increased production capacity for Bioglitter® and optimised the flow of goods and use of space. Employees from various departments were closely involved in the planning, relocation and commissioning.
With this investment, SiLi is strengthening its position as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of environmentally friendly Bioglitter®. Stefan Trassl thanked all employees for their commitment and continues to focus on high standards in organisation, cleanliness and teamwork.
