On 1 September 2006, Michael Dressler officially joined Sigmund Lindner GmbH. However, his association with SiLi dates back as far as 1994, when he first assisted us with the introduction of our quality management system.
Since then, Mike has played a key role in establishing and further developing the Quality Management and Quality Assurance department. Following successful ISO 9001 certification in 1996, numerous other management systems and certifications were introduced with his involvement, including ISO 15378, HACCP, ISO 22716, NSF, and our energy and environmental management systems.
To this day, an important part of his role is the preparation for and support during customer and certification audits. With his many years of experience and expertise, Mike plays a key role in ensuring that we successfully navigate even the most demanding audits.
Furthermore, he has been involved in numerous developments in the pharmaceutical sector – from the introduction of RTS beads right through to the current RTU solutions. Through his ongoing commitment, he ensures that our high quality standards are maintained and that our processes are continuously improved.
