SiLibeads® glass beads have been used as reflex beads for road markings for over 40 years. They serve as a retroreflection medium, the incident headlight of the vehicle is reflected inside the glass spheres and returned to the observer in the vehicle as a beam of light, so that the road markings are clearly visible even at night or in poor light conditions. We have specialised in high-quality reflex beads of type II, which are especially designed to maintain night visibility even on wet roads with a water film covering the marking.
Available sizes of our SiLibeads® Type S beads range from 0.4mm to approx. 1.5mm; on demand even larger.
