Shared experiences away from everyday working life strengthen team spirit – as our ski weekend in Austria demonstrated once again. Fourteen colleagues enjoyed a thoroughly successful weekend in the mountains, accompanied by excellent snow conditions, plenty of sunshine and a great atmosphere.
Whether sporting on the slopes, relaxing in the mountain huts or enjoying après-ski together, the team spirit was palpable at all times. Moments like these not only create memories, but also strengthen the camaraderie that we experience every day in our working lives.
A big thank you to all participants for the organisation, the good mood and the strong sense of community. This weekend showed that our team works well together not only at work, but also beyond.
